L.A. County Fair 2011

This past September, Tim and I finally went to the L.A. County Fair, and now 4 months later, I’ve finally gotten around to getting the photos up.

I loved every second of it.  We arrived early just because we’d figure it would give us time to do everything.  Little did we know that early arrival was the difference between a wonderful time and utter frustration.  From 1PM to 6PM, we ate at various vendors, fed the goats in the petting zoo and went on tons of rides with no waiting in line.  Around 6PM, there was a significant increase in people coming into the fair, and when we left at 8, it wasn’t even fun walking around because it was so friggin’ crowded!  There were huge lines everywhere with groups of people just mulling around blocking walkways.  I’m so happy we got there early and we’re definitely gonna do this again!

Here are some of my favorite photos from the day:

The fair is HUGE with so much to see and do.

The animals in the petting zoo were not shy at all!

This definitely will be an annual tradition from now on.
