Happy New Year to you as well! I used to get sick on New Years (Cambodian and American Calendar). For me I find that breaking out a sweat by exercising help speed up my recovering. Also a full body steam is extremely helpful for me because it get rids of excess liquids in my body. I do this at home with things around the house like a hot pot (just boil water and add some essential oils) sometime to wrap around the body and a comforter to put over my head. I usually do this in the kitchen floor with a towel laid down. 20-30 minutes and you are good to go. Not to mention your skin will look so healthy and glow-y. For OTC I like to take mucinex (?) Hope you feel better soon.
