I have an old treadmill. It's called "Vitamaster" by "Roadmaster" and is far from fancy. To adjust the speed, I have to turn a hand crank! It maxes out at 5.5 MPH and has no programs except I can set a goal for it to countdown from (minutes, calories burned, and/or distance) or I can just run and let it start tracking those. There's no max as far as I can see. It's pretty minimal but for $30 from the thrift store, it's a steal!

I sometimes make mini-goals on the treadmill or Arc Trainer too! What kind of treadmill do you use that you can run for 90 mins? The ones I use at the gym (they have 2 different brands) go for a maximum of 60 mins.
